We are delighted to share the good news of one of our partners, the Kenyan Arid Lands Information Network (ALIN) who have been announced as co-winners of the 2012 edition of the UNESCO International Programme for Development Communication (IPDC) Prize for Rural Communication.
Against a 'green' avalanche
There is no dictionary definition of a "green economy". Nevertheless, the term is part of UN documents and will play a part in determining our lives. The Zero Draft for Rio+20 is a good example: the term is mentioned 40 times in 20 pages, but a definition is nowhere to be found.
Seeds of biodiversity
