International workshop: Time to act for a radical change

International workshop: Time to act for a radical changeThis wokshop is part of Peoples’ Summit Program in Rio+20: for social and environmental justice. It's purpose is to denounce the severe impacts of industrial agrifood system on the environment and society.

At the same time, the workshop intends to demonstrate the importance of peasant farming and agroecology for overcoming the socioenvironmental crisis.

The workshop will mobilize international experts and farmers’ leaders and will give inputs to a declaration to be presented at the plenary assembly on Food Sovereignity in the Peoples’ Summit.

This event is organized by a network of NGOs and social movements in Brazil in touch with international networks and organizations.

There is no need for previous inscriptions.
